What is My New Beginning Consulting?
My New Beginning Consulting provides safe, clean, affordable, and supportive independent living housing for adults seeking stability in a respectful community environment.Our goal is to provide housing that promotes independence, responsibility, and personal growth.
Where are your homes located?
Our independent living homes are conveniently located throughout Palm Beach County, Florida.
Who can apply?
Adults who are able to live independently and comply with our Residency Agreement and House Rules are encouraged to apply.
Do you accept referrals?
Yes. We welcome referrals from:
- Hospitals
- Social workers
- Case managers
- Veterans organizations
- Behavioral health providers
- Reentry programs
- Community agencies
- Faith-based organizations
- Other approved referral partners
Application Process
How do I apply?
Applying is simple.
- Contact our office by phone, email, or through our website.
- Complete a brief pre-screening with a team member.
- Receive a secure link to our online Resident Intake Application.
- Complete the application.
- Upload all required documents.
- Our Admissions Team reviews your application.
- If approved, you'll receive your Residency Agreement and House Rules electronically.
- Sign all required documents.
- Schedule your move-in date.
- Complete your move-in orientation.
How long does approval take?
Applications are generally reviewed within 24 to 72 hours after all required documents have been received.
Applications with missing information may require additional processing time.
What documents are required?
You may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income
- Benefit award letter (if applicable)
- Emergency contact information
- Referral documentation (if applicable)
- Any additional supporting documents requested during the review
What happens after approval?
After approval, you will:
- Receive electronic copies of your Residency Agreement and House Rules.
- Sign all required documents electronically.
- Be contacted by management to schedule your move-in.
- Attend a move-in orientation

Our homes are fully furnished and move-in ready.

Do I get my own room?
Room assignments depend on availability.

House Rules
Are pets allowed?
No.
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Service animals and other legally required accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
Are visitors allowed?
No.
Visitors and overnight guests are not permitted on the property.
This policy helps maintain the safety, privacy, and comfort of everyone living in the home.
Residents are encouraged to meet family and friends off-site.
Can family members visit?
Generally, no.
Any exception must receive prior written approval from management.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Residents must comply with all designated smoking policies.
Are alcohol or illegal drugs allowed?
No.
Illegal drugs, illegal activity, intoxication that disrupts the community, and behavior that threatens the safety of others are strictly prohibited.
Are weapons allowed?
No.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited on the property unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Are quiet hours enforced?
Yes.
Residents are expected to respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise so everyone can enjoy a peaceful living environment.
Are residents expected to clean?
Yes.
Residents are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and helping maintain shared living areas according to house expectations.
Payments
When is rent due?
Rent is due according to your Residency Agreement.
Late payments may be subject to applicable fees or other actions outlined in your agreement.
What payment methods are accepted?
Management will provide approved payment options before move-in.
Is a security deposit required?
Security deposit requirements vary depending on the property and program.

Move-In
What is expected of residents?
Management will:
- Verify your identification
- Review house policies
- Review emergency procedures
- Review the Residency Agreement
- Complete a room inspection
- Answer your questions
- Provide your room assignment and access information
What should I bring?
Bring:
- Personal clothing
- Toiletries
- Prescription medications
- Identification
- Personal belongings
Management will provide additional move-in instructions before your arrival.
Resident Responsibilities
What is expected of residents?
Residents are expected to:
- Respect fellow residents
- Follow all House Rules
- Keep their living areas clean
- Pay rent on time
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Treat staff and neighbors respectfully
- Maintain a safe and peaceful environment
What happens if House Rules are violated?
Depending on the severity of the violation, management may issue:
- A verbal warning
- A written warning
- A corrective action plan
- Termination of residency for serious or repeated violations
Safety
Is the property monitored?
Management regularly monitors the property to help maintain a safe and respectful living environment.
What if maintenance is needed?
Residents should report maintenance concerns to management as soon as possible.
Emergency issues should be reported immediately.
