Submit Your Application
Fill out our quick online intake form. It takes just a few minutes and helps us understand your housing needs and timeline.
Provide a Valid ID
All applicants must submit a government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. This confirms identity and keeps our community safe.
Show Proof of Income
Bring proof that you can pay your rent. We accept pay stubs, employer letters, SSI / SSDI award letters, pension statements, VA benefits, 1099s, and more.
Move Into Your New Home
Once approved, you'll receive your move-in details. Our homes are clean, furnished, and ready for you to start your next chapter.

Show you can pay your rent — any honest income counts

- Child support or court-ordered income
Tip: SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, pensions, and part-time work all qualify. Bring your most recent documents.

Do I need a high credit score?
No. We do not run credit checks. What matters is showing you have the income to pay your rent consistently.
Can I apply if I'm on SSI or disability?
Absolutely. SSI, SSDI, VA disability, and other benefit income are fully accepted as proof of income.
What if I just started a new job?
An offer letter or your first pay stub is usually enough. Contact us if you need guidance on what to submit.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days after all documents are received.
